After countless limited edition singles, eps, legendary live shows and collaboration appearances, the band became the first "hardcore punk" artist to grace the cover of NME. Fresh off the Matador Records released The Chemistry of Common Life, and singles compilation Couple Tracks, the band recently won the 2009 Canadian Polaris Music Prize.
