Edition 06 in the ongoing Artist Music Journals series features the work of the Montreal based art director, graphic designer and illustrator EE Storey. For her contribution to the series, EE created a book of original works meant to reflect her relationship to the Adirondack Mountains through the lens of John Coltrane's A Love Supreme.

About EE Storey -
EE Storey (born in NY, 1981) is an independent Montreal-based art director, graphic designer and illustrator. Storey and her company, Storey Elementary, work with a variety of clients and collaborators, varying from bands and record labels to community organizations and social justice campaigns. Since 2003 she has primarily worked in the music industry, creating album artwork, posters, websites, branding and related merchandise for many bands including Tegan and Sara, Death Cab for Cutie and The Rentals. Much of her other artwork deals with themes such as political prisoners, GLBT equality, indigenous rights and modern folk art.

Storey is a misanthropic humanitarian who spends a lot of time in the woods quietly working on projects, developing skills and learning crafts.
